BACKGROUND STORY

WHAT IS THE GLOBAL SPACE THREAT?

After years of constant irregular space weather and events, scientists have discovered the dangers of outer space. There are beings called Siren Aliens whose intentions are to destroy the fabric of humanity and use human identity to corrupt our society and destroy our economy. They come to Earth through different phases of minor and extreme attacks, making it identifiable to us in patterns.

WHAT ARE SIREN ALIENS?

Siren Aliens can mimic the appearance of humans, but their eyes will glitter red or pink. These creatures are often beautiful and appear extremely friendly or charming, in order to get close to a human victim. They go about doing this by infiltrating human identity while keeping the human soul intact without full control, (yet still have some of their senses and memory), and then abandon the host eventually, leaving them with extreme consequences. There has been past incidents where a human host was used to disrupt the political atmosphere in certain countries to cause dictatorship and poverty, and even use human hosts to kill people out of blood thirst.

Preparedness Website, Mobile App
Year: 2018

A hypthetical branding and UX/UI project of an emergency disaster, specifically a space threat.

WHAT DOES THE APP DO?

Because of these dangers, Global Space Threat was developed. It is important to stay in hiding in the underground Global Space Threat Shelter. These shelters provide protection, invisibility, cybersecurity, and identity security. The mobile app is designed to inform, educate and help users plan for a space threat emergency. Although the scenario feeds into panic and anxiety, the app is designed to calm the user’s nerve and empathize with their sole concerns. The app includes a shelter finder, an evacuation checklist, a food expiration scanner for canned and packaged foods, a map and GPS system, a security-protected messenger, and a monitoring system to help monitor your family and friends’ location and wellbeing.
